Please note that prices listed (RATES) are
for house rental only.
Event pricing varies based upon the number of guests and other factors.
1. In order to use our property for a wedding or other similar event, ie. erect a tent for the event you must rent all four homes.
2. If you want to have a party for ONLY the people staying in the four homes, there is NO charge for the use of the property.
3. The extra charge is $500 per day for the event up to 75 people attending that event. Each 25 persons over 75 is $150 per day for the event.
4. You may have to ask your guests to park off the property and then have
them driven to the event. This is a very simple process.
There is public parking less than one mile away. This may be necessary
if there are more than 20 cars going to be parked on the property.
5. You and your caterer will be responsible for all event planning, set up and removal of tent, furniture and refuse.
