Available from to October 15, 2008 to end of April, 2009 for $1200.00 per month. Rent can be adjusted based on applicant's credit profile and payment program.

What about the utilities?

Tenant pays propane heat and electricity. Basic cable and telephone are free.  Wireless internet and water is free. The home is very well insulated.  People always ask me how much heat will be.  It really depends on how cold the winter is and how warm you need the home.  But, I think you can be sure that heat will average $100.00 per month. Electricity?  Also, depends on usage. Upgraded Cable TV, if you want to upgrade cable TV, costs about $60 per month.  You do not have to have cable TV.  Telephone: You can use my phone number and just pay me the $35 per month for local calls. All long distance is blocked.  Or you can put the number into your name and pay the bill yourself.  Or just get your own number.  Most tenants use their cell for long distance.  Your choice.

Tenant is responsible for refuse removal.

Description of the home:

Three bedroom 2 full bath contemporary modern home.
This home has five skylights which makes it very bright during the winter months.
Full kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator.  NO dishes, pots, pans, etc.
Washer and dryer and vacuum.
Two TV's (one in the living room and one upstairs in the master bedroom.

Fully furnished living room, dining room and bedrooms.
First and last month's rent and one month security deposit required.

Follow the Edgartown Vineyard Haven Road from The Triangle at Edgartown.
Bear left at the Triangle passing the Post Office on your left.
Continue for about one half mile and make left onto Hamblen Way passing over the bike path.  Bear left immediately onto Claypit Road; follow country dirt road to number 54 on right.

Speed limit on the road is 15 miles per hour.
