$125 per night for 3 bedroom house for two people
Sunday night thru Thursday night
No weekends, or holidays
ie. Columbus Day Weekend,
Thanksgiving Weekend (Wed-Sun)
Christmas Week, New Year's Eve Weekend
Minimun 2 nights, For off season rentals only
