OUR RENTAL PROCEDURES:  Five easy steps to follow:

Step 1: E-mail your full name, home address, home phone number, cell phone number and
credit card number (see privacy policy below) including valid
expiration date  and the three numbers (security code) on the back or for American Express the four numbers on the front to Clif@vineyardvacationhomes.com
All rentals regardless of paying by check must provide the above referenced
credit card information.

Step 2: Make sure you indicate the dates you are renting.
For example, "first night is ??????, and last night is ??????"

Step 3: Please remember that as soon as you give us your credit card number YOU HAVE RENTED OUR HOME PURSUANT TO
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY.

Step 4: All rentals require a valid credit card number and expiration date and security numbers.  If you pay by credit card, the credit card slip MUST be signed by you.
After I charge your card I will email you a copy of the credit card slip which you will print, sign and fax (508-629-0098)
or pdf back to me along with the lease and any other documents necessary.

Step 5: Paying by check? Please make all checks payable to:

.  If paying by check within one month of rental only cashiers check, bank check or money orders are acceptable and must be mailed by next day delivery at your expense.

*Security/damage/cleaning deposit is $500.00 and is in addition to the
full rent.  This amount will be guaranteed by your credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card  or American Express) ONLY.
There will be NO charge to your credit card for the security deposit.

*Privacy policy information regarding your credit card information: We do not have a system in place as stated in our Privacy Policy to encrypt or secure your credit card information if you send it to us in an email. We are currently working to have a secure form that will encrypt your credit card information so you can send it to us through the internet and be secure.  In the interim, if this is of any concern to you please only give us your credit card information using the telephone (508-299-3291) or 203 521-9032; private and secure fax: 508 629-0098

*50% of rent is due immediately. 100% of rent is due 3 months prior to rental of house.  For rentals booked this year for next year, 50% is due immediately, 50% due January 1st. All rentals made this year for next year's rentals will secure this year's rates as disclosed on our rate page.  If the 50% amount is less than $1000.00 then the entire amount is due when house is booked.

*Cancellation policy: The entire rental amount (including balance due) is non-refundable unless house is re-rented within one week of cancellation, (with written notice of cancellation only). Please make a special note that we do not accept check deposits or credit card deposits to hold a home.  If you give us your credit card number then you have rented one of our homes subject to the cancellation policy stated above.

Changes in "dates of rental" once a reservation is made,
is subject to a $100.00 additional fee per change.  Make your ferry reservations for your car ASAP! All cancellations must be in writing (email/fax is acceptable).
 We accept MasterCard, Visa or American Express; cancellation policies for credit cards are the same as for non-credit

*Pet information: There is a $22.00 per night per pet fee (up to a maximum of $100.00) plus a $150.00 damage deposit guaranteed by your credit card for your pet. For stays of ONE week or longer there is NO pet fee. 100% of pet fee and damage deposit is refundable upon cancellation. *Linens and towels: We provide linens and towels for all stays. Ask about beach towels.   

*Barbecue Grills: Yes, we have Weber barbecue grills! and lobster pots!! and Farberware pots and pans!! and blenders!! and 2 DVD players AND 2 COLOR Televisions IN EACH HOUSE!! and Mr. Coffee!!

*What's in our kitchens? Once you have arrived, if there is any kitchen utensil that you need that we do not have, we will get it for you.

*How many people are permitted in each home? The three bedroom houses (#45&46) each sleep 8 people. The three bedroom house (#54) sleeps up to 10 people. There is an additional charge of $50.00 per night for each person over 6 in each house. The small two bedroom house sleeps a maximum of  four people (two queen size beds; one queen size bed in each bedroom).

*Family reunions, weddings, birthday celebrations or business retreats: Our four homes are conveniently situated next to each other each on their own private wooded half acre (all on a 2 acre parcel). All four homes together sleep from 30-42 people depending on how many couples and children! The three bedroom houses (#45&46) each sleep 8 people. The three bedroom house (#54) sleeps up to 10 people. There is an additional charge of $50.00 per night for each person over 6 in each house. The small two bedroom house sleeps four (two queen size beds; one in each bedroom).

*Babysitting: We will make baby sitting arrangements for you, too!! Just ask us and we will do it for you - to make your vacation a pleasant and restful AND an exciting time.
